Hop to It!

September certainly is a busy month in blog-land!
Not only are blog hops a great way to gather ideas, download or bookmark free patterns, or enter to win fabulous quilty prizes, but they are also a wonderful way to meet fellow quilters. And the bigger the hop, the more people to meet!

I've been fortunate to participate twice in the Row Along blog hop sponsored by Marian at Seams to be Sew. Last year, the theme was The Road Home Row Along, for which I created Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley Road Home Row Along Row 2016

Since that Silicon Valley Row post, Facebook's sign is plain blue, Google is expanding into Sunnyvale and San Jose, LinkedIn is now owned by Microsoft and moved to Sunnyvale, and the huge Apple Spaceship opened in April of this year. Lots of changes, including my house, with a few new cabinets and counters.

And there's another Row Along this year, with the theme being Christmas Carols.

Throughout the summer, I've given you sneak peeks of my creation, with the big reveal day September 21. The hop kicked off last week, September 5, with over 30 designers participating - wow! That's enough rows for at least 3 quilts!

Ready to start collecting these rows? Here's the schedule to get you hopping!
