Midweek Makers #134

Welcome to Midweek Makers! We're back in full swing after my scheduling mishap last week - come share what you're working on!

I'll go first with my share - this seed applique for my upcoming watermelon runner. Big reveal coming Friday!

I also have a blast-from-the-past share: Sue has finished her Spangled Stars quilt, made from the QAL I hosted a few years back. She's thrilled will the result and so she should be - it's beautiful!

Though I do love red, white, and blue, there were once again a lot of shared quilt projects with tons of color:

from Quilts, etc,

  1. Hi Susan! That fabric is just perfect for a watermelon. Yum - makes my mouth water thinking of a nice slice. Did you play who could spit the seed the farthest when you were a kid? Happy Wednesday to you! ~smile~ Roseanne

    1. Thanks! I just happened across that fabric yesterday while shopping for others - it's perfect for this watermelon.
No, I don't remember playing spit the seed, maybe cause I wasn't too fond of watermelon or any other melon, as a kid. Sounds like fun though!

  7. Thank you for featuring my quilt. IT was so fun to visit today and see it there especially since it is just scraps and a very simple pattern.
