Midweek Makers #170

Wow! Here we are again for another Midweek Makers - #170! How about that? I suppose that works out to over 3 years of linky party fun - so let's get started with #170!

I think I'm finally recovered from jet lag though it took about 5 days. My head is finally clearing, and the energy is coming back - it's nice to be able to really focus on my projects. Now I'm playing catch-up big time! I still haven't had a chance to visit everyone from the last two Midweek Makers, or from the blog hops - there's a lot of beautiful quilts I'm missing!

I do have an update on the girls version of the Crumb Jumble quilt - it's at least on the frame, though a couple customer quilts took precedence before it. There will be more on this one later.

Crumb Jumble quilt girl version

Looking at last week's party, the first thing that struck me were quilts that had stars or looked like they had stars. Those would be:

from Quilts, etc,

                                 IMG_7701

from Anja Quilts,

from Grace and Peace Quilting,

and from Storied Quilts.

And what have you been up to this week? Come show us!

  1. Good Morning Susan! I'm glad you are putting the jet lag behind you as that's no fun. You kind of walk around in a daze, don't you? At least I do when I'm suffering from even a little jet lag. I look forward to seeing the full reveal of your Crumb Jumble quilt! Happy Wednesday to you. ~smile~ Roseanne

  2. From my experience, getting over jet lag in 5 days sounds pretty quick! Glad to see your girl's crumb quilt is coming through the shoot. I'll be interested in seeing the final picture. Thank you for featuring my Meadowland qal quilt. Have a great day!

  3. I have never taken as long of a plane ride as you must have from Japan and back but when we came back from Alaska once it was very tiring for a week so I think you did pretty well! Thanks for the feature!

  4. Susan, I love the way you corralled those crumbs into such pretty orderly blocks and quilt in your last post. So pretty.
