Midweek Makers #176

Welcome to another week of quilt linky party fun at Midweek Makers! In between the Petunia Patch quilts, I got the chance to quilt Suzanne's lovely Time for Tea quilt.

She chose the Wave on Wave pantograph with Military Gold Glide thread. Gorgeous - check out the back!

Put this panto on my list of favorites - yum!

And last week, the color aqua seems to be everyone's favorite right now - there were 11 linkups featuring that color. Have a look:

this cute aqua owl backing fabric from Home Sewn by Us,

an cute bag from Chris Knits Sews,

these adorable llamas from Sew with Sparkles,

these gorgeous dragonflies from Vicki's Crafts and Quilting,

this really pretty small art piece from Princess Bubbles Creates,

an awesome Harry Potter quilt at Ulrikes Smaating,

an orphan block destined to be another pillow at Faith, Trust and Breast Cancer,

this beautiful block for a quilt-along at Melva Loves Scraps,

a reproduction of the Tree of Life at Pearl Harbor, made by Quilting Gail,

this red and aqua stocking at the Farmhouse in the Field,

and last but not least, this fun bear by Made by Marney.

See? I wasn't kidding that aqua was a favorite last week!

And what are you working on this week? Any more aqua projects? How about patriotic? Something for summer? Come share!

  1. Hej Susan,
thank you so much for showing my Harry Potter bookcase Quilt top :0) best wishes from Denmark, Ulrike :0)

  2. Hi Susan! Thank you for the shout out today! That was a surprise, and a very pleasant one I might add. Oooh-la-la, that Wave on Wave panto looks SO FAB on the back of the quilt. It's not as noticeable on the front but that backing really lets the design shine. I'm going to PIN that for future fun. ~smile~ Roseanne

  3. Always fun seeing one of my projects featured:) I love your quilting on your customer quilt!
