Midweek Makers #190

Welcome to Midweek Makers! I did a bit of shopping this week for a future fall or Halloween quilt - aren't these pretty? Though I haven't quite decided what I'll make yet, these additions to my stash are very welcome!

new orange fabrics

I'm also happy to announce a 20% off sale on all the quilts in my Etsy shop this Labor Day weekend - now's a great time to collect for yourself or give one as a gift. No coupon necessary, as 20% off is automatically applied at checkout. Sale starts August 30 and runs thru September 3, 2019, with free domestic shipping. Preview now so as not to miss out!

With the orange fabrics above, the calendar is quickly saying it's time to move into fall, but I'm still in love with the colors in my Use It Up quilt.

The moss green with the blues - oh so pretty! Did you notice last week that two other quilters used it in their projects too? Check out Kat's beautiful Dream Big Aqua quilt over at Scrapbox Quilts,

and Vicki's Layer Cake Lattice quilt over at Vicki's Crafts and Quilting.

  5. Very pretty new fabrics you bought. It will be fun to see what you do with them. I've bought a lot on my shop hop trip. Now I have to sew them all in my sleep to get them used up by next year. Sew much fabric, sew little time.

  7. Hi Susan! Ooh-la-la, what pretty fabrics. That will be a fun project - it can't help but be with all those pretties being used at one time. ~smile~ Roseanne
