Midweek Makers #209

Welcome to the Midweek Makers linky party! After all the work on the studio, I'm tired. But I hope to get both Round Robin chicken quilts quilted, as the group one will show at the guild meeting January 27, then I can share it with you. My personal Round Robin hen house is almost done - I'm looking for a few chicks to applique under the house.

Who Rules the Roost hen house by QuiltFabrication

I just need to set my mind to it and get it done. Hmm, another day perhaps....

So what popped out at me from last week? Orange! Though I can't wear it, I like orange, and my son loved it, which was great because we could always find him in a crowd. So let's take a peek at the orange projects:

this work in progress from Sew Preeti Quilts,

a hexie Temperature quilt over at Anja Quilts,

and a pretty floral quilt from My Quilts and Crafts.

  1. I've not posted about my room lately, but I am very slowly still sorting and organizing....mostly trying to figure out how to fit everything in here neatly!

  2. I admire quilts with orange but I can't say I have used that color in many projects. My sewing room is sorely lacking organization at the moment, hope yours is coming together.
