Midweek Makers #217

Welcome to the Midweek Makers linky party! My share is a pinwheel and extra blocks of aqua/teal scraps for March's RSC color from SoScrappy

aqua scrap quilt blocks

So far, so good - I'm sticking to it, making a 12.5" pinwheel, two 8.5" blocks, and two 4" blocks for each color so far. Still don't have a final plan, but there just might be more than one quilt at the end of the year.

Here's a few pretties that caught my eye last week:
from Quilting at the Farm, these four orange Dear Jane blocks, also for RSC February,

these striking blocks in this quilt setting by My Quilts and Crafts,

and this adorable penguin table topper at Home Sewn by Us.

                                    Penguin Scarf Peek

Now it's your turn - what do you have to share this week?

  4. Good Morning Susan! Thank you so much for the shout out. It's so fun to see that penguin beak peeking at everyone today. Your aqua blocks look fab - I especially love those little paper pieced gems. I don't recall seeing those in your other two colors - I must have just not noticed them. And, of course, they weren't aqua which always draws me into it's pretty color web. ~smile~ Roseanne
