Midweek Makers 299

Welcome to Midweek Makers - it's time to share! Sadly, I've moved on from my orange projects and onto a client project, which I'll show on Friday. For now, I want to share a quilt that was made by Linda, who won the One Block Wonder Panel Quilts book back in June.

Isn't that beautiful? She says she broke every rule in the book regarding stripes, color, etc. I think the rule breaking turned out to be a good thing, as this is quite lovely!

IMPORTANT NOTE: For all the Midweek Makers visitors, I want to give everyone a heads up for next week. Due to my participation in the Scrappy Improv Quilting book tour on Wednesday, October 6, Midweek Makers will be moved to Friday, October 8. I'll add a few more days for sharing, then it will be back to it's regular slot on October 13. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Now let's see some shares from others. There's a pretty sunflower runner that Vicki's Crafts and Quilting made,

a very colorful retro eighties quilt in progress from Rebecca Grace Quilting,

and a lovely pouch from That Fabric Feeling.

Now it's your turn - what do you have to share this week?
  • please link directly to your post
  • please link a quilt related item
  • visit with the other guests and leave some comment love
  • REMEMBER Midweek Makers will be on Friday, October 8 next week
Have fun!

  1. Thanks for featuring my WIP of Shame up on the wall, Susan! I feel like the Little Engine That Could sometimes, chugging up that big mountain while I chant I THINK I can, I THINK I can... ;-)
