O Tannenbaum!

The joys of the holiday season are upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with this modern Christmas tree table runner, O Tannenbaum!

Measuring 20" x 62", it's the perfect size for my hutch, or a large table. Made with Kona solids, the combo of black/white/red with one green tree makes a striking, modern statement.

And you too can make one, because I've written a pattern for it! Available in my Craftsy store, click on here and it will take you there for instant download. I've also reopened my Etsy store, so you can find it here.

But more about this quilt. Made with easy strip piecing, this runner was a snap to put together. For the quilting, I stitched falling snowflakes that add to the scene without taking away from the trees.

And to polish it off, a color matching binding

for which instructions are included in the pattern. It's one of my favorite ways to finish off modern quilts.

With O Tannenbaum on your table, you're sure to be in the holiday mood--I know I am!

Happy Quilting!
